How to Pay Your Club Dues

This page contains instructions for paying your club dues.  Club dues are due by December 31st.

For $15 you will have access to all the club benefits, and will also fund the ongoing efforts of the Club.  Thank you for your support!

If you have questions, please reach out to our IT Director Mark Johnson. DO NOT reach out to the Pickleball Den vendor.

If you’re already somewhat familiar with the process, you can skip ahead to the steps you need to perform.

• IF you have already paid your 2026 Pickleball Den Annual Fee, this does not apply to you!
• IF you have not paid your 2026 Pickleball Den Annual Fee, please pay now. NOTE: If you are asked to Pay $7.95 or some other amount other than $15, you have done something incorrectly. In that case, contact our Director of IT via email: Mark Johnson.
• When you are paying, Pickleball Den will ask you for your PAYPAL account number.

You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay Tellico Village Pickleball Club dues. PayPal is Pickleball Den’s and the Club’s credit card processor. Every merchant who takes credit cards has a processor, who routes the charge to the bank that issued the credit card used to make the purchase. Those charges are routed through the global networks (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) to get the payments settled. Note that the Tellico Village restaurants and Chelsea each use different processors.

PayPal will offer the opportunity to open an account when making a payment but you don’t have to accept. If you already have a PayPal account, you will be asked if you want to use it. If you don’t have one and don’t want one, scroll down toward the bottom of the page, you will see an option to enter your own credit card to make the payment.

If you are already a member of the Club, your initial dues payment was routed through PayPal.

Go to the Pickleball Den Website, and LOG IN using your Email and Password.

Go to “Tellico Village Pickleball Club”

Choose “Purchase Product” 

Choose “Select Product” 

Choose “Tellico Village Pickleball Club Yearly Club Membership”, then click ADD TO CART.

Click PAY NOW.

PAY $15 with your Personal Credit Card. When you pay with your Personal Credit Card, you will be directed to use PAYPAL. You MUST use PAYPAL with your Personal Credit Card. There is no other option for paying via Pickleball Den software!
