On November 2, 2022, with the efforts and support of many club members and the POA, the PicklePlex officially opened. Players were on the courts playing! The dream of a covered facility with four new courts became a reality.
500 people attended the ribbon cutting ceremony and enjoyed music, food and drink. So thanks to the many that helped set it up, to those that came out to enjoy and participate, and to the many POA personnel that helped it come off smoothly.
We have Court Numbers coming – but until they arrive – the court closest to the parking lot is Court 9. Serving starts on the courts closest to courts 5-8. Our goal is to play on the courts and see what we might need to tweak. Yes bleachers, screens, etc. will probably be coming as we find out how to best utilize this wonderful asset.
