The Court Scheduling System

The Tellico Village Facility Scheduling System is managed by the Tellico Village Recreation Department. The Tellico Village Pickleball Club coordinates with the recreation department to assign club-related activities to the schedule. Time slots that are not assigned to the club are indicated as “open to reserve” or OTR.

The only times you will see available for reserving a court in the reservation system are the OTR time slots.

You can use the scheduling system to schedule:

Orientation Classes
Pickleball Courts
Lobster Ball Machines

When scheduling a ball machine, you must also schedule a court as well for the day and time you wish to use the ball machine.

Making a Reservation

The scheduling system provides a way to reserve courts and ball machines for both The Wellness Center and Kahite. Orientation reservations are always at The Wellness Center.

The reservation system has two separate pages for making reservations, depending on which location you are interested in – Wellness Center or Kahite.
